Matthew Kearl is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass. As an experienced negotiator who has been practicing workers’ compensation defense since 1999, he can identify, litigate, and resolve all aspects of workers’ compensation disputes. Mr. Kearl is a father of four boys and received his BS degree from Brigham Young University in 1994 and his JD from Whittier College School of Law in 1997. Upon graduation, he served as Deputy Attorney General for the California Department of Justice in Los Angeles from 1998 to 1999. Prior to joining Manning & Kass, he was a managing partner in workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Kearl is also a marksman and multisport athlete and enjoys touring on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
